Nontsikelelo Rajuili qualified as a Psychologist on the 1st May, 2000. Her practice was registered in August 2000, and she has been practicing since then. Nontsikelelo began practicing in Brackenhurst, Alberton under the supervision of her mentor, Dr. Lishje Els. She then joined Tshepo Themba Clinix Private Clinic. In 2004 she opened a practice on Columbine Avenue, Mondeor. In 2014, after realising that the people of the Eastrand required psychological services,and the lack of practices in the area, she opened another practice in Tshongweni Section, Katlehong.
